Description
I feel very fortunate to live in a region where we can grow our own fruits and garden produce and to have the space for it. There is a special kind of peace and joy that comes from being able to tend to a garden and reap the rewards. While working on this photo of apricots from last season, I was reminded of the scripture from Galations of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Generosity, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self Control. Qualities which we all desire but sometimes find we are lacking especially when dealing with difficult personalities or situations. Whenever frustrated by trying circumstances, I remind myself that I do have a choice of how I deal with each situation!

Love your image, reminds me of when we had peach and apple trees at our old house, miss them so much! Lots of fruit was amazing to grow at home! l/f
Malanda Warner replied:
Thank you, Liesl, fruit tress are so rewarding, we have many. Just finished canning and preserving cherries, now itβs apricot and peach time, then plums and grapes before the apples and pears! So nice to have homegrown organic fruit.
