This delightful work of art has me asking so many questions ... who is the lady who will wear this wonderful hat?? Where is she going in it ... a garden party?? and last but not least, can I come too?? Victorian era, very definitely, but also reminiscent of some of my favorite styles and scenes from Downton Abby!
