Description
One very sunny day, a long, long time ago, I was sitting in the shade under our flowering crab and admiring the birdhouse my husband made for me the previous Christmas. While watching the sparrows busily scurrying in and out, I was reminded of the old hymn "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" written in1905 by Civilla D Martin and composer Charles H Gabriel. I was inspired to capture that moment and thought in this watercolour painting.
