Description
Yesterday was autumn and this morning was winter. I awoke to a winter wonderland and didn't feel like venturing out in the snow but enjoyed the visual beauty under the cover of my front porch. This photograph was taken from the cover of my deck, overlooking the tree covered hillside in front of my house, where I can enjoy and experience the magic of winter, as I watched the snow fluttering to the ground, I was reminded that we are one day closer to spring.

Thanks, Marvin, I shot high, below this hillside is an apple orchard but didn't express the wintry mood I was after!

Thank you, Jerry, except---- the heavy snowfall caused many deciduous trees (that still had leaves heaped with snow) to bend and break. Many were potentially hazardous so we have been cutting and removing them all day from our place and two other family members homes. Will take a week two to clean up the mess! :(
